PITTSBURGH, PA: July 14, 2007: The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. This vintage road rally is held every July to benefit local charities. It's a huge event but the primary interest for me is the cars. I guess I learned to appreciate vintage racing from my father who has restored and raced several cars. He has also written several books on the subject of race cars, the sport of racing and its practitioners.

Why is there electrical tape on the headlight?

Thw tape is to limit damage in case the headlight breaks. They don't want pieces of glass on the track or causing more damage to the car.
